Presidential Street Fight 2008 Despite its title Presidential Street Fight 2008 doesn't have any real fist fighting to it, instead the player takes control of one of the two candidates for President, John McCain or Barrack Obama, and stand on either side of a screen using a high-powered basketball launching bazooka to shoot at their opponent by angling their shot and managing the power on how far it will shoot.

The gameplay is simplistic using the mouse button, the player moves the mouse up and down to angle the shot and moving it to the opposite end to power up the shot (ex: Obama is on the left side of the screen, to power up his shot they player moves the mouse to the upper right to power up and lower left to power down, the opposite is for McCain that has the player move the mouse to the upper left and lower left to power up and down). Once the player has the desired angle, they click the left mouse button to fire at their opponent.

Players must also angle past four boxes stacked up to protect their opponent, likewise the player has the same. There are also items that can be picked up by shooting a basketball through them that can be used on the next turn, ranging from drums, patriotic hats, computer monitors, books, sacks of money and even a bust of the Statue of Liberty.

Points are awarded not only if they player can hit their opponent, but through combinations of ways (ex: a player can simply hit their opponent in the face and be rewarded 50 points, but a player can shoot upwards and let the ball slam in the ground and bounce up and hit their opponent in the chin, giving more points for an uppercut shot).

Using items picked up can also give players more points if they land against their opponent and destroying their opponents "luggage walls" will give them 100 points for each piece destroyed. The game is over when the player hits their opponent or vice verse, taking away at the health bar, the more powerful and complex shots will drain their health faster. [source:mobygames]
