Roko-Loko must enter Vaticão, castle of the cruel Ratozinger, a religious ultra-conservative rat who hates rock and sex and have prisoned the beautiful Adrina-lina and some famous rock-stars, such as Eddie (Iron Maiden's mascot), Rob Halford (from Judas Priest), Ozzy Osbourne, Gene Simmons (from Kiss), among others. In order to free them, he must face a lot of threats such as spiders, bats, skulls, alligators, volcanic lava and fire balls, and stuff.

Roko-Loko no Castelo do Ratozinger is a three level side-scrolling game. To complete the levels, Roko-Loko must find and take stuck electric guitars from anvils, used to open locked doors.
