Snowbound Online is a Free2Play snowboard racing game set in the future. Global warming caused snow to disappear but fortunately the invention of wormhole portals allowed humanity to visit planets where there is still snow. Now athletes meet on these planets to race against each other.

The basic gameplay is simple: Up to eight players race against each other on 30 courses. By performing stunts the players fill up a turbo bar which can be used for a short-timed speed boost. The winners receive money and experience points. The latter is used to unlock more stunts in a skill tree similar to role playing games. Money can be reinvested into new clothes and boards which improve the player's stats. This equipment can also be bought with real money. Besides the regular races there are also two additional playing modes where the players can use weapons respectively collect coins during the race. [source:mobygames]
