The Fallen Angels The Fallen Angels (????, Daraku Tenshi?) was Psikyo's second attempt at a fighting game. Developed by the Steel Hearts development team and released in 1998. Novel in that the fighting system is more rigidly based on realistic fighting than other games (notably the Street Fighter series).
