Get the Keys: The Game This promotional flash game for the survival horror movie "The Last House on the Left" produced by Wes Craven and Sean Cunningham, which was planned to be released by Universal Studios in theaters on Friday, 13th March 2009, allows you to experience the fate of a male character.

Psychopathic escaped felons entered your house and are keeping you as a hostage. There is a rainy night. No car, the phones are dead, and the sleeping felons are between you and the keys to your escape. Use the Left/Right arrow keys to turn, Up arrow key to walk, and Space to pick up/use weapons and keys. The felons are sleeping, but there are several squeaky floorboards in the house, and you should not step on them or they might wake up.

The house has two floors and several rooms. To win the game you have to find the keys upstairs and make it back to the starting point before time runs out. Items such as weapons and keys are hidden in shadows, and the lightning flashes appearing in certain times will help to find them.

You have 2 minutes to reach the goal, and you may use brute force to kill the felons, or stealth to keep them alive. But remember that they will kill you, when they wake up. After finishing the game, you may replay it to make the time record better. [source:mobygames]
