Momentum Missile Mayhem 2 Momentum Missile Mayhem 2 (or simply MMM2) is the sequel to Momentum Missile Mayhem and introduces the familiar gameplay of the first game with new features, power-ups and enemy units.

Like in the previous game, the player takes control of the Gravity Launcher and shoots energy projectiles towards endless waves of enemy units, and once a certain amount of units gets past the player the game is over.

MMM2 introduces several new game modes, for example Armageddon (a session limited to 10 minutes in which you have to take down as many units as possible), Rush (using only Antimatter Charges) and the anticipated Construct Mode (a sandbox mode with everything customizable and cheats which was requested by many fans).

The biggest difference in gameplay compared to the previous game is the new power-ups, which some of them make the game more of a strategy game than an action defense game. The player can now construct 3 types of structures that affect surrounding enemy units and energy projectiles.
Other new power-ups are the Navigation Hack, which damages a selected unit's navigation system, and the Gravity Manipulator, which unlike the Zero-Point Energy Manipulator lets the player grab thrown energy projectiles and throw them again in a different direction and speed.

Like in the previous game, once the game is over the player can submit his/her score to an online scoreboard. [source:mobygames]
