PIXEL! Pixel the Cat has gotten bored, and decides to leave the house and head off for the city to meet his friends. Along the way, he'll visit many places and see all sorts of amazing sights. PIXEL! is the third title in the Arkedo series, and is a side-scrolling platformer starring the titular feline. It features a striking retro aesthetic where virtually everything is constructed of large glowing white pixels on a deep blue background.

Pixel can run and jump along platforms and on enemies, and can also zoom in to "investigate" suspicious parts of the stage. The investigation mode involves navigating an extremely-zoomed-in maze, sometimes with a time limit, in order to find items, as well as activate environmental effects like chopping down a tree or turning on a snow machine. Hazards are plentiful, but there are regular checkpoints and infinite lives. The game features six unique stages, each of which also contains three hidden "useless relics" to find.
