Scaryfish III Gone fishing!

Do you like to fish for more than just bass or a few fresh water fish? Do you want some variety in what you catch? If so, Scaryfish III is for you. Catch anything from minnows, to turtles, to channel catfish, to sharks... and everything in-between. You might even manage to pull something that's not living out of the water.

Pick your rod, reel, line, bait, hook, sinker, bobber, and more as you get ready for your fishing adventure. Will you use a fish finder, or a boat... and if you use a boat, will you use a motor? Many choices to choose from make this an excellent fishing sim.

Don't let the older graphics distract you from the game until you get a chance to try it out. You may never get another fishing game after this one.

You have the option of starting with little money and equipment and working your way up to more advanced equipment and more money, as well as having money to travel to new "worlds" (locations) to fish, or you can start out with an uber-character who can afford anything.

Get yourself the Make Your Own World Utility (MOWU) and you can create your own fishing locations and stock them with as many different kinds of fish as you like.

Game is played in 1/4 time (15 minutes real time is 1 hour game time) and you can fish for 1-4 hours game time each trip out. Try getting your name in the record books within that time frame... but perhaps you'll want to keep your name out of the more shameful records such as smallest fish, least fish, most bait lost, etc. [source:mobygames]
