To Heart 2 is a Japanese visual novel developed by Leaf and released on December 28, 2004 for the PlayStation 2 as a sequel to their earlier title To Heart. An adult version of the game was later first released on December 9, 2008 for the PC, with the additions of hentai scenes and minigames. The gameplay in To Heart 2 follows a linear plot line, which offers pre-determined scenarios and courses of interaction, and focuses on the appeal of the ten female main characters.
